| CRUG DotNetNuke Classes - Wednesday, October 15, 2008
Dotnetnuke - CRUG is fortunate enough to be able to offer classes on how to make a Web page with dotnetnuke. Many people including our CRUG President think this is the best method of web design. Mr. Bob Shevlin will teach the series of four classes on Oct 15, Nov 5, Nov 19, and Dec 3. Classes will be from 4:30PM to 6:00PM at the Crystal Oaks Clubhouse. Each student will pay a small fee for each session. If you've ever thought you might want to create a web site attend these classes. Dotnetnuke is so powerful that anything to be created for a webpage can be done by someone with no programming skills. Bob Shevlin is a great teacher and he loves to teach. He is an expert on dotnetnuke. We are luckyto have him in Citrus County and willing to teach us such a great technology. When a student registers with Bob for his dotnetnuke class he sets up a portal for them to explore the technology. |
| March 11 2008 DNNClass at Central Ridge Library - Tuesday, March 11, 2008The class went fairly well this evening. The audio portion of the recording went well and is presented as a Power Point presentation because we could not connect the recording computer to the local network. By tomorrow I will merge the audio in with what the class saw on the projection screen which was from another computer. It will replace what you are seeing now.
Next week the class presentation material will come from the input of students who were present at todays class and are choosing from a list of modules that were presented to them.
I will be adding a Form List of all the options that were presented and request that each student select their top 4 from the list. I will use the top 4 averages to present at the next class and the remainder to be taught at the March 25 Class. |
| Change of Class Location - Wednesday, March 05, 2008Because of Internet problems at Homosassa Location the remaining classes will be held at the Citrus Ridge location. in Beverly Hills. The time remains at 6:pm. I will be at the Citrus Ridge Library at 5pm for any student who has questions.
